• The AMAZING BEATLES album is another release of the Tony Sheridan material that has appeared on half a dozen albums by various record labels. “The Beatles on Record” book published by Simon and Schuster in 1982 says of this album “Two years and 2 weeks after Atco originally released the AIN’T SHE SWEET album, a subsidiary label, Clarion, reissued the same recording. Changes in cover, title, and order of songs were made in a clear effort once more to induce unsuspecting Beatles fans into falling for the album. Issues just 2 months after MGM/Metro has attempted the same things, fortunately this record also failed to sell very well.
