What is the storage and attachment limit on email accounts?
By default, every email account comes with 5MB of storage. This means that at any give point you are entitled to have 5MB of files on our mail server. This also means that the maximum attachment size you can receive is also 5MB (there is no limit on the size of sending attachments). However, if you are using our WebMail program as your mail email method, and you have emails stored on our mail server taking up disk space, the maximum attachment size will be decreased by the amount of disk space the stored emails are taking up. For example, if you have 1MB of emails residing on our mail server via the WebMail program, the maximum file size thet you could receive would be 4MB. On a case-by-case basis, we can increase the size of a user’s mailbox to 10MB. If this is a requirement of yours, please send your request with an explanation of why you need the additional space.
