The Stonebridge Ranch Commercial Association was formed to assist in the control of commercial, retail, office, apartment and church development. This Association provides design guidelines for architectural and construction requirements, and has a separate Board of Directors and on an approval committee similar to the Community Association’s MARC. In addition, the Commercial Association contracts with the Master Community Association for landscape maintenance for adjacent roadway medians, right-of-ways, etc.
