What is the statute of limitations on unpaid traffic tickets in Florida?
SOL’s do not apply to traffic violations. The traffic citation will remain valid until it is paid. The longer violations go unpaid the more costly they become, the amount of fine can include the original violation charge plus court and administrative costs, and additional penalties as state laws deem applicable.
