What is the statute of limitation to reclassify to California resident status?
If you have had a change in residency status or are able to present sufficient proof to establish California residency, and were initially charged out-of-state fees in error, you must submit the Residency Form within the academic year (prior to June 30) of the documented residency change to be eligible for any credit/refund.
