It took forever to get Citizens Bank working, but once Mint did it, everything has been fine. However, Citizens has completely revamped its online banking, and in fact they are completely down this weekend. However, after last weekend’s changes made by Citizens, my Citizens account cannot be accessed or updated. It has been a week since my Citizens accounts have been updated. I contacted Mint support and heard nothing back. For me, Mint is useless without Citizens Bank. Also, it would be nice to get some sort of response from Mint support.
