What is the status of the proposed development of the former Coburg High School site?
In February 2009 Hamton submitted a planning application to develop the site for 520 apartments and mixed use facilities. As part of this submission, Hamton made an application to rezone the land. Currently, Moreland City Council is processing the application. Later in 2009 the application will be on public exhibtiion. At this stage, interested members of the community will have the opportunity to prepare a submission in response to the application.
