What is the status of the Performance Management System (PMS) review?
The review is under way and being conducted by independent experts from the Personnel Decisions Research Institute, Inc. (PDRI). PDRI, has been reviewing a large amount of information and data related to the Center’s performance management system. Members of PDRI will begin meeting with focus groups of employees and supervisors in May 2003 as part of their data collection process. Their evaluation of the PMS and any recommendations for its redesign are scheduled to be submitted to the parties by September 4, 2003 with implementation required to be completed by March 4, 2004.
