What is the status of the NDM-U document?
The NDM-U specification document represents a set of work produced by various working groups within the IPDR organization and agreed upon by the members of the IPDR organization. In order to solicit broader review and understanding of the work done to date, it is released for public review shortly after ratification by the membership (see http://www.ipdr.org). Work on major improvements to the 3.x release include new functionality such as: compact representation, additional transport protocols such as Java, a common data dictionary shared between services, and support for service activation and provisioning.
