The course has been designed by Craig Schreiner, a renowned golf course architect with Schreiner Golf, Inc. of Myrtle Beach, SC. More detailed information on Schreiner Golf can be found on the internet at www.csgolf.com .. The course is currently in the design, engineering and permitting phase. All required Garrett County and Maryland State permits have been applied for. The entire golf course has undergone a managed timber harvest and selective clearing. Major grading is scheduled to be completed in 2008 with final grading and seeding to be completed for the entire course in 2009.
