A. Now that the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws have been revised and approved, the TVPOA Board can, once again, address the deed restrictions. Please contact the TVPOA at 512.321.1145 to let us know what you would like to see added or removed from the current restrictions. Please keep in mind that, once completed, we will need approval from 60% of the property owners, including those who live elsewhere. Q.
