What is the status of the area between Bosque Summit Estates and Hwy 2136?

It is privately owned, except for the entry area and the road which is owned by Bosque Summit Estates. The owners are subject to the same restrictions as home owners at BSE except for the size restriction and they are not a part of the association. The owners are exceptionally nice people and have done an outstanding job of keeping the property in a park-like condition.
