So the state has been pushing ahead with its unbundling of distribution, in which we intend to take part. You have spoken about the potential of power from bagasse in Maharashtra. Where are things on that? I had a meeting with [Maharashtra] Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh on this, and with the secretaries concerned. They have to clarify the policies by which they will be encouraging power plants based on bagasse. As yet they have not completely opened up the front by which these plants can come up in a big way. The churn in the power sector is still going on, though it began 10 years ago, and various government entities continue to wrestle with seminal issues. If and when the dust settles, how will Tata Power position itself? We want to try and replicate the Mumbai model. We will look at green-field projects, as also brown-field
