What is the status of sewer extension out Croy Canyon?
Through the approved 2008 Spring Canyon Ranch Sewer Extension Agreement with the City of Hailey, Spring Canyon Ranch was granted the right to connect its development to the Hailey sewer system and to provide the sewer main for use by the Foundation. The Foundation must, however, reach its own agreement with the City of Hailey and is, in turn, confident that it can meet the requirements of the Hailey Sewer Extension Services policy.
