What is the status of PV cell production lines 1, 2 and 3?
Building one in Germany has the capacity to house up to four production lines for a total capacity of 80MW. Line 1 production commenced April 2008, and has an annual production capacity of 35MW and expected PV cell efficiencies of 15%. Line 2 is expected to be commissioned in Q2-2009 and is expected to achieve efficiency levels of up to 18% when fully optimized. Line 3 plans will be determined and implemented as appropriate.
