• NRI/ PIO Investor is allowed to trade in Indian Derivatives Market only on non repatriable (NRO) basis. • NRI/ PIO Investors for derivatives segment will have to appoint a Clearing Member for clearing and settlement of trades done on the futures and options segment and get Custodian Participant Code from that clearing member.
