What is the status of my payment request?
“The entire check processing cycle normally takes 6-8 weeks from the time that the request is made. You can check the status of your payment request on your My Rewards Center page. Your payment request should appear there with one of the following status codes: Received – This means that the request has been entered in our database. Processing – A check number has been issued for your request, and final authorization is pending. Processed – Your check has been released for mailing. You should receive it within a couple of weeks after this status message appears.” Go to My Rewards Center now.
