Your order status is available through your account by clicking on My Account. The status page is only available to members. Status of orders placed prior to becoming members will not be available.

Order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on “My Account”. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

If you check on-line in the customer service area you will be able to view the status of your order. Text reservations are often marked not received until the “month before classes” start date. Other orders go through a process so that they are shipped as complete as possible. If we have any questions about your order we will contact you with the information that you provide.

When you complete the order process on our website, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your PO. Additional emails will be sent at different status checkpoints as your order proceeds through production.

When you order ships, ToiBocks will email you with a tracking number. You can confirm the date and method of shipment, an estimated date of arrival and a tracking number, if available.
