For inquiries about an order already placed, click on the “My Account” button, located at the top of any page. Please enter your e-mail address and password provided on your last order. Once you are logged in, click on View Recent Orders. If you do not have a password, can’t view or do not find your order, please contact Customer Service or call Toll-Free at 1-877-729-5374 Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST and ask us to check your order status.
