FedEx has taken major steps around the world to address compliance issues in its shipping solutions. For FedEx shipping solutions which FedEx offers to its customers, if the FedEx shipping solution displays date information, the information should be presented in a format that is not ambiguous. The term “FedEx shipping solution” means the FedEx software application (unless otherwise specifically noted) which enables shippers to conduct authorized shipping transactions with FedEx. It does not include the use of the hardware, operating systems or other software manufactured by parties other than FedEx, but provided with the FedEx shipping solutions, which are capable of being used for anything other than authorized FedEx shipping transactions.
