What is the status of Evergreen Health Alliance and how is it structured?
Evergreen Health Alliance, aka Evergreen HA, is a member owned non-profit corporation as outlined under California state law. It is operated as a primary caregiver and “collective”. All members must have a California licensed doctor’s letter of recommendation to use medical cannabis in any form. Treatment of pain and inflammation associated with the member’s condition, may, in the physician’s opinion, be amenable to relief by use of cannabis for certain acute symptoms. Members and non-members may provide, sell to and buy from the collective, other non-regulated products in the “public” section of our collective’s products. These non-regulated products may be shipped via normal mail and package carriers.
