AspectDNG v1.0.0 has been delivered on the 17 september 2006 by Thomas GIL. It is also the date when Thomas decided to change licenses (AspectDNG used to be a Free Software under the GPL license) and to leave the project. Changing licenses to Public Domain can be interpreted as follows : • Dear users, please enjoy using AspectDNG as much as we did when we wrote its source code. • If any one wants to take the lead on AspectDNG, he/she is welcome since Thomas quits and will work on other projects. • if no one proposes, then AspectDNG will remain available online but may not be maintained.
