Salary is dependent on the number of years teaching experience you bring with you from another school board. It is also dependent on your certification rating from the Ontario Secondry School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF). New graduates are required to apply to OSSTF for evaluation. When you receive your certification rating from OSSTF, forward to Human Resources Support Services for appropriate salary placement.
