What is the starting point? How do I begin to transform and incite change in my life?
The starting point is to first pay attention to the nature of your thoughts. Observe them. Notice how certain thoughts trigger certain emotional and physiological responses in your body. Do you entertain thoughts that are more positive and optimistic, or do you hold thoughts that are more negative and self-defeating? Every thought you hold contains information about what it is you truly want in life. You can begin to transform your life by first practicing awareness of your thoughts.
