Start-up time with Windows CE.NET and TwinCAT is about 18 seconds. Start-up time with Windows XPE and TwinCAT is about 1 minute 30 seconds. Start-up time are very dependant on the CF media used. The above numbers are for newer CF cards (October 2003).
