A typical turnaround time for a negative urine drug screen result is 24-48 hours. A positive urine drug screen results requires an additional 24-48 hours for the Medical Review Officer (MRO) process. Breath alcohol test results are obtained and reported immediately after testing and/or confirmation occurs. All hair testing reporting occurs within 48-72 hours after the hair specimen is obtained.
