What is the standard return policy for KaizenDojo.com products?
Products sold and fulfilled by Kaizendojo.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund as long as they are in mint condition. Kaizendojo.com’s Return Policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use or misuse of our products and has certain exceptions as seen below. Please be advised that all products must be in their original packaging for returns. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after giving your package to the return shipper. This allows for the transit time to receive and process your return in addition to your bank’s process time to reflect our refund request.
