What is the standard response time for EDGARizing documents?

The standard response time is one business day (24 hours) from our receipt of the documents. This time does not include weekends or holidays. For example: a document sent Friday at 5pm would not be due back until Monday at 5pm. To request faster response times, include the requested turnaround time when submitting your documents. Rush charges will apply for faster than standard response times. If no requested turnaround time is included with submitted documents, the standard response time is assumed.
