What is the standard Call Diversion product, and how is this different to Smart Divert?
The Call Diversion and Smart Divert products are WLR calling and network features that are available on a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) line. Call Diversion enables the End User to have all calls diverted to another number – anywhere in the UK, most overseas destinations or a mobile phone. Smart Divert is a Call Diversion facility which allows End Users the ability to operate their diversion functionality remotely. Smart Divert provides greater flexibility than basic Call Diversion as it can be remotely activated at any time.
