What is the standard agreement term?
We require a two-year term. We reserve the right to sell all images posted on our website for three years after the Photographer/Agency Agreement has been terminated. We require that your images, represented by us, not be sold as royalty free for those three remaining years. However, you can sell the images as stock and through other agencies during that time period.
