The following procedure is required: 1. Provide The Beacon with a current RI P&C license, resident or non-resident. 2. Complete and submit The Beacon Agency Application. 3. Complete and submit a W9 form. The name and tax ID number on all of the above items must be identical, as this is how commissions will be paid and policies will be read.
