What is the StairWELL to Health Challenge?
The StairWELL Health Challenge is an incentive program for Duke employees to help them become more physically active and improve their health, while earning cool prizes. How does it work? Employees will keep a log of how many stairs they climb daily, as they attempt to reach personal and pre-determined levels, established by LIVE FOR LIFE. Daily progress will be recorded in personal log books or recorded on-line as each level is completed. StairWELL log books will be supplied by LIVE FOR LIFE. Completed levels from the logbooks will be turned in to the LIVE FOR LIFE in the following ways: In person at the LIVE FOR LIFE office, Duke Hospital Mail Box, or on-line on Stair-WELL tracking web page, or fax 684-1852.
