I just priced a garage off of a complete materials list in building plans in NC. For a 2 car (24×28), 2 dormers, 12/12 pitch roof, and side door. I based it on contracting out grading and foundation and DIY everything else. I came to $28 a sq ft with an allowance for about $900 in extra material I may need.
