For Owners of Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas and Marriott’s Fairway Villas (Gold season only), you are able to split your week into one “mini vacation” in a full villa at your home resort by utilizing the entire villa for a 3-night, weekend stay. You are then able to use the remaining weekday nights individually; consecutively for up to four 1-night stays or concurrently for up to four villas on a single night.
