What is the specific mission of the Legionaries of Christ?
The specific mission of this religious congregation, taking after the mission of the Church, consists in extending the Kingdom of Christ in society, in accord with the demands of Christian charity and justice. Legionary religious – both those still in formation and those ordained priests – work extensively in collaboration with bishops, diocesan priests, those engaged in parish ministry and with pastoral programs in each diocese.
