What is the “special status” condition for eligibility of some countries in Sub-Saharan Africa?
A handful of USAID eligible countries listed in the RFA were designated as “special status” countries. USAID has stipulated that partners, who wish to apply for this planning grant with institutions in special status countries, should first obtain clearance (to apply) from the respective USAID Missions.
