Spay, Inc., a program of the SPCA of Northern Virginia, provides low-cost spay/neuter referrals for dogs and cats in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. We are not a veterinary clinic, but will provide you with a Control Number so you can schedule a low-cost spay/neuter at a participating animal hospital or clinic. What is Spay, Inc.’s service area? Our participating veterinarians are in Northern Virginia, but anyone in the surrounding areas may use the low-cost referral program.
