What is the SPAM filter?
The SPAM filter comes with ISIConnect’s Premium email service. The SPAM filter helps catch unwanted junk mail. Messages considered SPAM are sent to your Junk mail folder and deleted after one month. We recommend that you check your Junk mail folder weekly to make sure the filter hasn’t sent desired mail to your Junk mail folder. You can set your SPAM filters to ‘High’, ‘Medium’ and ‘Low’. A high setting means the filter will be more aggressive and some desired messages may end up in your Junk mail folder. We recommend that you check your Junk mail folder weekly to make sure the filter hasn’t sent desired mail to your junk mail folder. A low setting means the filter will be less aggressive and you may still receive SPAM. If you find you are getting too much SPAM, or if you are having desired messages sent to your Junk mail folder, you may want to reset your SPAM filter.
