What Is The Spaceship Voyager?
There are two spacecrafts that have been given the name Voyager and they were part of a program with the same name. Voyager 1 is an unmanned spacecraft which was launched in the year 1977 by NASA, the agency to look after the American Space program. The spacecraft is still in operation and it is considered as one of the longest missions by NASA. It was this spacecraft which provided details of the moons of the planets Jupiter and Saturn. Voyager 2 is also an unmanned interplanetary spacecraft and was launched on August 20, 1977. This spacecraft is considered to be the most prolific one ever launched from the planet earth. It has visited four planets along with their moons and taking pictures with powerful cameras.
