The space survey records information about ASU’s facilities and their usage. It is important to maintain accurate space records. ASU uses the information to: • generate reliable 7-11 reports for the Arizona Board of Regents • negotiate favorable F&A rates for sponsored projects • respond to space-related inquiries within ASU and externally to the federal government, state legislature, other universities, organizations, and the general public.
