Emerging Workforce Development Services is a subcommittee of the Southwest Ohio Workforce Investment Board. The purpose of Emerging Workforce Development is to provide expertise in youth policy and coordinate youth workforce development activities in the City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. Emerging Workforce Development is federally mandated to oversee our area’s youth workforce development system for low-income, disadvantaged youth between the ages of 14 and 21.
