A. Through the Southern Ontario Development Program (SODP), the Government of Canada has committed to providing funding to support Southern Ontario’s productivity, innovation, commercialization, community economic development and diversification. Funding for the first call for proposals of SODP in 2009-10 will be $40 million, focused on the following priority areas: economic development, innovation and diversification.
