What is the source of the data used by Lady-Comp/Baby-Comp and how is it collected?
Every morning, at the set alarm time (if using the alarm), you are woken up by Lady-Comp/Baby-Comp. You take your Basal Body Temperature (or “waking temperature”) immediately using the electronic sensor. This is read directly by the computer via the sensor and used to calculate your fertility for the next 24 hrs. It is critical that the temperature be taken while you are still in bed, before moving or getting up, as it is a resting temeprature that is required, one that is not influenced by any physical activity.
