What is the soonest a bill can be paid after I set it up?
If its a new Payee, please allow 10 business days. If its a Payee you have paid through BillPay previously, a payment set up prior to 7 a.m. on a business day can be debited as soon as that same day. If you set it up after 8 a.m., it will be debited on the next business day (or later, depending on the due date you set).
