The “legal” answer is that we are an international non profit organization dedicated to the education about and recreation of the arts and sciences of pre 17th century Europe. The “non-legal” answer – is that we are a group of individuals that enjoy the honor, chivalry and romance of a bygone era. We attempt to recreate the more enjoyable aspects of medieval life – including but not limited to – Honorable combat (through Heavy Fighting and Fencing), target-based tournaments (through thrown weapons and archery), exploring the arts and sciences of the era (such as: brewing, calligraphy, illumination, candle-making, soap making, sewing, weaving, metal working and much, much more), and through service activities to ensure that everyone can have the best time possible.
