What is the SMS distribution list feature?
The SMS distribution list allows users of the Nokia 6800 to send out a text message (SMS) to a group of people using a distribution list. Users can create a distribution list (e.g. “Sales force”) and add up to 50 names/numbers. The user can then send an SMS to each member of the distribution list simply by putting the distribution list name in the recipient field, instead of having to add each name separately. It works in the same way that an e-mail distribution list works.
