SMILE (Start Making It Livable for Everyone) is a two-hour educational program for separating/divorcing parents with children under the age of 18. It is sponsored by the Macomb County Circuit Court Family Division and the Friend of the Court, and is facilitated by Community Assessment Referral and Education (CARE).
