What is the Smart Carts Return Policy?
If you aren’t satisfied that our cart has met your expectations within the FIRST 30 days, you may return it in the original packaging for a refund–whether you have used it or not! We request you pack the cart as close to the original shipment as possible to minimize shipping damage back to us. You will need to call for a Return Authorization Number before shipping; this cost will be your responsibility. Once we receive your return, we will refund the original cost of your cart.
