What is the smallest material the Total Clean System will capture?
The Total Clean System can capture material as fine as 400 MESH, which is the finest mesh screen that is commonly available. The hydrocyclones can be configured so that they make a 25 micron cut (400 Mesh = 37 Microns). In many situations there is enough +200 Mesh material that forms a bed on the dewatering shakers that actually creates a filter that removes a substantial amount of -400 Mesh material.
