Whenever the estimated cost of any construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair, or improvement of real property does not exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000), excluding tax, Washington State University, Facilities Operations is authorized to use the Small Works Roster in lieu of public advertisement for bids. In accordance with WAC 504-50-010, applications are sought annually to develop a Small Works Roster for Washington State University. General construction contractors or contractors who specialize in the areas of electrical, civil, and mechanical work, and who are interested in work at the WSU Pullman location are encouraged to apply. Applications may be requested from Contract Administration, Facilities Operations, Washington State University, PO Box 641150, Pullman, WA 99164-1150.
